The newest Instagram Live Moderators feature lets users add a moderator to a live stream. This is a welcome feature among live streamers, who can now give the responsibility of reporting comments and removing viewers to a moderator. Besides, they can also turn off comments for a particular viewer.

Purpose of Live Moderators
They announced the introduction of the live moderator feature on Instagram’s Twitter page. It lets users assign a moderator during a live stream. All they have to do is tap on the three dots in the comment bar and choose from the list of suggested accounts. They may also assign a moderator by searching a particular account in the search bar. The moderator would help the live host manage the comments. In addition, they can report and remove comments and viewers from the stream.

Besides the live moderator feature, Instagram also announced the ‘Take A Break’ feature, which helps users control their interaction with social media. In addition, they made changes to the daily time limit settings, and the feature was rolled out globally. This feature helps control how much time people spends on Instagram and offers 30 minutes, 45 minutes, one hour, two hours, and three hours options for users.
