As per leaked information, the company will launch the Honor V40 series in January 2021. The upcoming series will comprise three models- the V40, V40 Pro, and the V40 Pro+. Additionally, the fast charging details of the standard V40 have also leaked. It is also on the Chinese 3C certification website. Moreover, as per the listing, the V40 will come with 66W fast charging support.

Honor V40 visits 3C certification website ahead of launch
It can launch in January 2021. Ahead of the rumored launch, the smartphone’s fast charging details have surfaced online. According to the 3C certification website, the V40 will come with 66W wired fast charging. The listing does not reveal the battery specifications of the device.
However, Honor V40 details are very scarce at the moment. On the other hand, the specifications of the other two smartphones under the series, namely the V40 Pro, and V40 Pro+ recently tipped.

According to a report, the V40 series might come with similar features as seen in the Mate 40 series. Recently, tipster Rodent950 claimed that the V40 series will feature a 6.72-inch Full HD+ curved display. The screen will have a pill-shaped camera cutout for dual front cameras.
Pro can come with the latest Kirin 9000 chipset. The Honor V40 Pro+ can power on a MediaTek Dimensity 1000+ chipset.

In terms of optics, V40 Pro might feature a triple-camera setup, while the V40 Pro+ could come with a quad-camera array. The V40 series is tipping to feature a 50MP primary camera sensor.
Lastly, the upcoming Honor smartphones could come with support for 40W wireless charging support alongside 66W SuperCharge wired fast charging.
