Google Pixel XE To Have Thick Bezels, Punch Hole Cutout

Just months after the Pixel4a 5G and the GooglePixel5, Google is working on another smartphone called, the Google Pixel XE. It’s live images have reportedly surfaced online. Interestingly, this is the first time that we are hearing of this smartphone. However, there are no leaks and rumors on it until now.

On the other hand, the live photos reveal some important details about the device. However, there is no information on the launch of the smartphone yet.

The leaked live images of the Google Pixel XE suggest that the phone will come with thick bezels around the display. This is rather unusual by modern smartphone standards. Additionally, the images show it will come with a punch-hole cutout at the top to house the selfie camera at the front.

Apart from the design aspects, the images show the ‘About Phone’ and Connectivity sections, which seemingly confirm the support for NFC as well.

Finally, the images of the alleged Google Pixel XE also reveal that the phone comes with two SIM card slots. Ultimately, this is all we know from the leaked images as of now. As for the phone, at this moment we can only speculate about its internals as no information about it right now. However, it can be expected that the phone may be launched as a more affordable version of the Pixel 4a.

However, one should also remember that this leak is not coming from a credible source and should therefore be taken with a pinch of salt. On the other hand, Pixel phones in past have leaked months ahead of their official unveiling.

We might still have a lot of time on our hands before Google Pixel XE. Even if it is even a genuine product, there is time to make it official.

On the other hand, Google recently launched the Pixel 4a Barely Blue color variant of the smartphone in the US.
