The upcoming Google Pixel 6A is now featuring on the US certification authority FCC site, after Geekbench, 5k render, and retail box leaks. The phone featured on the FCC was previously thought to be the Google Pixel 7 5G. However, according to droid life, it is the Google Pixel 6A.
The Pixel 6a is available in four different variants, according to the FCC listing. The phone is also likely to unveil during Google’s I/O conference, which begins on May 11th. Here’s what we may anticipate from Google’s phone in the mid-range market.

FCC listing of Google Pixel 6A
Multiple Google phones with model codes G1AZG, GB62Z, GB17L, and GX7AS were seen in the FCC listing. These phones are likely to be included in Google’s Pixel 6A and 7 smartphones. All Google phones may provide connections such as LTE, 5G, NFC, Wi-Fi 6E, and Bluetooth, according to a previous FCC listing GX7AS is tied to the Pixel 6A smartphone.

The smartphone was also listed on Geekbench, indicating that it may be powered by Google’s Tensor GS101 SoC. It’ll run Android 12 and include a 12-megapixel secondary camera sensor, according to reports. It will be available in three colours: green, black, and white.

According to various leaked renderings, the Google Pixel 6A will have a visor on the rear that holds several cameras, similar to the Google Pixel 6. According to earlier rumours, the Pixel 6A will sport a 6.2-inch OLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate and an in-display fingerprint scanner. The Google Tensor chipset would be at the core of the smartphone, along with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. The Pixel 6A might be powered by a 4,500mAh battery with 20W+ fast charging support. It comes with Android 12 pre-installed. In addition, a report claims that the Pixel 6A will include a face recognition function.
The Pixel 6A boasts a dual-camera arrangement on the back, which includes a 12.2-megapixel main camera and a 12-megapixel ultra-wide lens. The front camera of the Pixel 6a is hidden by a punch-hole cutout.
