According to sources, Google will launch the Google Pixel 6 series on October 19, 2021. However, nothing is official as of yet. In the latest development, YouTuber Brandon Lee has leaked the European pricing details and colour variants of the upcoming launches. Although it looks like India is not one of the markets it will be launching in.
Meanwhile, Google has officially teased certain details. On the other hand, leakers have been busy with the Google Pixel 6 series. There is something new hitting as fresh information about the smartphone. Now, this recent leak gives us an insight into what we can expect the series to price as a courtesy of YouTuber M. Brandon Lee.
According to him, the Google Pixel 6 will start at €548 (around Rs. 47,500). Whereas, the Google Pixel 6 Pro will cost €899 (roughly Rs. 77,900) for its base model. 9to5Google also checked up on the same confirming the authenticity of the rumour. On the other hand, the Google Pixel 6 series will feature a punch-hole design, a dual-tone rear panel, an IP68 rating, and an in-display fingerprint sensor.
The standard Pixel 6 has a 6.4-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 90Hz, while the Pixel 6 Pro has a 6.7-inch QHD+ AMOLED curved display with a 120Hz refresh rate. Both phones have an in-display fingerprint scanner and a hole-punch camera cutout on the top of the screen.
The Pixel 6 features a dual-camera layout on the back, while the Pixel 6 Pro has a triple-camera layout. The resolution of the sensor is still unknown. Google has announced that the Pixel 6 Pro sports a 4x telephoto lens and the same main and ultrawide cameras as the standard Pixel 6. The smartphones, according to reports, include a 50MP Samsung GN1 sensor. Other details will emerge later this year during the event.
