A few days after the launch of the Director’s Cut, Ghost of Tsushima is no longer available on the Sony digital store. The original game is no longer available for purchase. The PS4 version of Ghost of Tsushima has been permanently removed from the PlayStation Store. The regular edition of Sucker Punch is thus removed from the official Sony website; just days before the release of Ghost of Tsushima: Director’s Cut for PS4 and PS5. An upgraded version with additional content will be offered at full price from now on.

Ghost of Tsushima Gets Removed from PS Store
As a result, Sony completes the process of discontinuing the original video game, which began in July. The base PS4 game was pulled from the PlayStation Store, as we previously stated; nevertheless, PlayStation still allowed access to the game by reserving the Director’s Cut version. As a result, the physical format is the only option for PS4 owners who wish to enjoy the vanilla version without the announcement of the new edition.

This Friday, Ghost of Tsushima: Director’s Cut will be launched in physical and digital format. It will cost 79.99 euros for PS5 and 69.99 euros for PS4. If you already own the base game, we’ll inform you how much it’ll cost to update it; depending on whether you’re coming from PS4 or already own a PlayStation 5.
