Apple is known for taking its time when it comes to updating iPhones with newer hardware, but with the Apple iPhone 15 Ultra (which, according to reports, will be the name of the most expensive model in the iPhone 15 line), the camera could change in a big way. A new Apple iPhone 15 Ultra leaks say that it will have a larger sensor than its predecessor, which was “almost as good as a 1-inch sensor.”
According to Ice Universe, the iPhone 15 Pro Max, possibly known as the iPhone 15 Ultra, will feature the Sony IMX903 camera sensor. The Sony IMX903 is almost 1 inch long. To be exact, it is 1/1.14 inches long. On the other hand, the iPhone 14 Pro Max has an IM803 sensor that is 1/1.28 inches in size because it lets more light in; a bigger camera sensor will naturally give you a better picture and higher quality.

Apple iPhone 15 Ultra: More Updates
The Apple iPhone 15 Ultra leaks suggest a periscope lens allowing 6x zoom without sacrificing image quality – a significant camera upgrade.
iPhones have great photo quality but often lack zoom compared to competitors.
iPhone 15 Ultra is rumoured to be the flagship model with a larger camera and periscope lens in the next iPhone lineup. The iPhone 15, iPhone 15 Plus, and iPhone 15 Pro are all in the works. It’s possible that the iPhone 15 Pro won’t see any camera upgrades, but it’s too early to know for certain.
