Nothing phones will soon be able to access Google’s Circle to Search feature. Circle to Search was first introduced with the Samsung Galaxy S24 series at the beginning of 2024 and has since become one of Android’s most useful features. Initially, only a few Google Pixel and Samsung Galaxy flagship phones were available. But after approximately eight months, Google added more brands to its list, which also included Motorola, Xiaomi, and Oppo.
Circle To Search Now Available On Nothing Phones
Nothing shared that the Nothing Phone 2, Nothing Phone 2a, and Nothing Phone 2a Plus devices are supported by Circle To Search. Nothing OS 3.0 that runs on Android 15 has to be installed. According to the company, this was left out because it still needs to undergo some more testing before a stable release is released for the public.
To enable Circle to Search on Nothing phones, follow these steps:
- Open Settings > Gestures > Navigation mode
- Here, you will find Circle to Search under Special Features.
Moreover, Nothing recommends you reset your phone and try again if you don’t see the option right away. Furthermore, you can use the feature no matter how you set up the interface on your phone because it works with gesture navigation as well as with the traditional 3-button navigation.

Since its launch, Google has also been improving Circle to Search. One of the latest updates added the functionality of searching for songs to make it even more useful. According to reports, the company is working on more updates, including permitting Circle to search within films. Moreover, The company said that CTS would become available on its other devices as soon as they get the Nothing OS 3.0 upgrade, based on Android 15.
