Call of Duty Mobile has finally received the much awaited Season 5 update. The brand new season is called ‘In Deep Water’ and brings a bunch of things to the game. The update brings a new battle pass, a brand new gun and new multiplayer maps to the game. Moreover, other things like a new title screen and lobby design have accompanied the update as well.
The primary theme of this season revolves around an oceanic underwater setting. This means that the guns and characters in the battle pass are based on this theme as well this season. Without any further ado, let us take a look at all the new things that have arrived to Call of Duty Mobile Season 5: In Deep Water.
Call Of Duty Mobile Season 5: Battle Pass
The latest Season 5 of Call of Duty Mobile brings a new battle pass. The battle pass, like every other season, offers players with new characters and gun skins. Additionally, a brand new gun has arrived to the game as well.

Players will finally get a Roze skin in the latest Call of Duty Mobile battle pass. The character skin goes by the name of Roze – Foreshadow. Moreover, players get their hands on this skin at Tier 30 of the battle pass.

Gun Skins
Alongside the Otter – Backstroke character skin, the BK57 – Counter Stealth Unit is the first gun skin that players unlock on purchasing the Call of Duty Mobile Season 5 battle pass.
Furthermore, at Tier 10, players get their hands on the new QXR – Close Catch gun skin. The gun has been a meta the previous season of Call of Duty Mobile and most likely this season as well. So, it is great to see a meta skin in the battle pass.
Apart from this, players will get a new emote at Tier 15 which shows the character diving right in deep waters, staying true to the theme. After this, it is at Tier 21 that players will finally get their hands on the new weapon in Call of Duty Mobile Season 5, the CR-56 AMAX. However, this is the default skin of the new gun and both free-to-play as well as pay-to-win players will get the gun. The premium version of the gun skin is the last thing that buyers of the battle pass will get.

Additionally, a bit later at Tier 35, players get the DR-H – Rebreather gun skin. The gun has been one of the most reliable assault rifles since its release and it is good to see a premium DR-H skin in the battle pass.
At Tier 40, the battle pass offers yet another very premium skin for a great and widely used gun, the PP19 Bizon. The PP19 Bizon – Devilfish is yet another gun in the battle pass that amazingly sticks to the theme of this season.
Lastly, at Tier 50, players get the premium version of the default CR-56 AMAX gun, the CR-56 AMAX – Torpedo. Although there is nothing special going on with the gun skin, it still looks nice with the blue and yellow hues.
Call Of Duty Mobile Season 5: Maps, Perks And More
Additionally, Season 5 of Call of Duty Mobile also brings new maps to the game. The three maps to roll out with this update are Suldal Harbour, Docks and Aniyah Incursion. However, for now, Suldal Harbour is the only map players get to play on. Like in previous seasons, the other maps will roll out gradually in the second and third weeks of the new season.
When it comes to game modes, players will get to play 10v10 on the new Suldal Harbour map. Additionally, there is also a rapid fire and ‘grind baby, grind’ game mode that players can hop into. The brand new close-range 725 shotgun will be available for grinding later on this season. Moreover, a new game mode called Cranked: Confirmed is coming to the game later on this season.

Additionally, the update also brings a brand new perk to the game called Gung-Ho. What this players basically does is it allows players to “hip fire, throw grenades and change mags while sprinting.”
Additionally, there is a Bathysphere character skin in the daily log in character of this season. The character skin is named Bathysphere – 10,000 Leagues and is available on the 24th day of the daily login calendar.
Another great news for players is that the K9 unit which was available as a class in BR has now been introduced to multiplayer as an operator skill. Players will get the new K9 unit operator skill at Tier 14 of the battle pass. The operator skill allows players to call in a military dog to assist them in battle by tracking down enemies by their scent and attack them automatically.
