BGMI 3.0 Update Release Date: Here’s When The Update Will Arrive

The upcoming update will have a new Shadow Force theme and plenty of new features. A new leak has revealed the release date of the BGMI 3.0 update, and here’s everything you need to know about it.

BGMI 3.0 Update Release Date Leaked

According to a leak by YouTuber ClassifiedYT, the BGMI 3.0 update will arrive on January 25, 2024. It is likely to be released before Republic Day in the country.

Furthermore, the update will have a ShadowForce mode, which will be available in Erangel, Georgopol, Yasnaya Polyana and Prison. Eliminated players will also get a chance to respawn within the first eight minutes in the Recall Island.

There will also be a new Shadow Blade weapon, which will have unique abilities and a cooldown system. The Shadow Blade, or the Katana, is also capable of deflecting enemy bullets, making it a worthy choice for attack as well as defence.

Moreover, the BGMI 3.0 update also increases bullet penetration, meaning if an enemy is standing behind another enemy, then both of them will receive damage.

The Shadow Force Mode will also have a new Skytether Hook that will allow players to propel themselves into the air in a straight line. Players can also distract enemies by cloning themselves with the Proxy Scout item.

You also get a new glider ability to traverse from one place to another quickly. The BGMI 3.0 update also brings improvements to character movements and animations for a better experience.

In addition, the update will also include a new Arctic Base map, which has an area of 2×2 km full of snow. The map includes diverse terrain with mountains and trenches, offering new opportunities to ambush your enemy.
