The Audio-Technica ATH-S220BT are the company’s latest economical headphones, with a battery life of up to 60 hours and low-latency wireless performance. The headphones have the feature to connect to two devices through Bluetooth at the same time. Support for Google Assistant and Siri voice assistants, Google’s Fast Pair integration, and rapid charge for quicker charging are all features of the Audio-Technica ATH-S220BT. The headphones are an upgrade of the ATH-S200BT headphones, which were released in 2019.

Audio-Technica ATH-S220BT Price
The price of the Audio-Technica ATH-S220BT has been set as $59 (roughly Rs. 4,400). The headphones are available in three colours: black, navy blue, and white, and are currently only available in the United States. The Audio-Technica ATH-S220BT pricing and availability in India have not yet been announced.

The Audio-Technica ATH-S220BT comes with 40mm closed-back dynamic drivers with a frequency response range of 5–32,000Hz and a 32-ohm impedance. The earpads are cushioned and feature a low profile. Wireless music listening is possible thanks to Bluetooth v5.0 connectivity. It comes with a 1.2-meter cable and built-in 3.5mm socket, implying that you can also use ATH-S220BT as wired headphones.
The Audio-Technica ATH-S220BT can connect with two Bluetooth devices at the same time and switch between them for different purposes. Google’s Fast Pair feature allows for one-tap pairing with compatible Android devices.

The headphones have ear cup controls that allow users to play, pause, or answer a call without having to take out their paired phone. The controls are also compatible with Google Assistant and Siri, allowing you to use your voice to access messages, map navigation, and other services.
For hands-free calling, Audio-Technica has included an inbuilt microphone with a frequency response of 50–4,000Hz. However, active noise cancellation is not available.
The Audio-Technica ATH-S220BT has a 3.7V lithium-polymer battery that claims to last up to 60 hours on a single charge. With a 10-minute rapid charge via a USB Type-C connection and the charging cable which comes along, the headphone claims to last up to 3.5 hours. Furthermore, the headphones are 180 grammes in weight.
