According to a new report, the company accidentally leaked its dual-port USB Type C charger, which expects to go into mass production soon. Ming-Chi Kuo, a well-known Apple analyst, provided an update on the product. Kuo alluded to the charger leak, speculating that the product could hit the market later this year.     As a result, providing a dual-port USB C wall charger with up to 35W charging speed could be just what the doctor ordered from the company. And, based on the prices of the mentioned chargers, expect a hefty price tag for this product if and when it hits the consumer market. Since last year’s iPhone 13 series, Apple has stopped including chargers in the box.

    Currently, iPads and MacBooks use USB C, while iPhones use proprietary lightning ports. However, providing a 35W dual-port USB C charger may appeal to other smartphone users. Kuo also discusses the rumoring charger’s shipment levels, which expects to reach 3 billion units by 2022.
