Apple has finally introduced the Apple iPhone 16 and the Apple iPhone 16 Plus at its Glowtime event. The event also saw the debut of the Apple iPhone 16 Pro and the Apple iPhone 16 Pro Max. Furthermore, the brand also showcased the Apple Watch Series 10 and the Apple AirPods 4. The main highlight, however, remains the new iPhones, which bring some noticeable upgrades over their predecessors. iPhone 16 And iPhone 16 Plus Debut With Vertical Camera Modules

The biggest change of the iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus is the new Camera Control button. This new button lets users take photos, capture videos, and zoom in on objects. You can hold the button to summon Apple Intelligence and fire up the camera to scan things, like taking a photo of a restaurant and getting its entire menu.

Another new change is the vertical camera module effectively changing the design of the base iPhone for the first time in recent years. It allows users to shoot Spatial Videos that they can watch on the Vision Pro. The iPhone 16 angle sensor can also take 2x photos using the primary sensor.

The iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus also have a new A18 chipset that allows Apple Intelligence features with 8GB of RAM. It also has a new 5-core GPU that is 40 per cent faster than the iPhone 15.

The Apple iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus boast 6.1-inch and 6.7-inch Super Retina XDR OLED screens with a 60Hz refresh rate, respectively.
