But, beginning in January 2025, Amazon Prime subscribers will be limited to logging into a maximum of five devices per account. So, read ahead to know all the details of Amazon’s new policy.
Prime Video Device Limit: What Is It?
At present, Prime subscribers can log into up to 10 devices simultaneously, spanning phones, laptops, tablets, and TVs. While the account remains compatible with all devices, access to Prime Video limits to a maximum of 5 devices at any given moment, with a limit of 2 TVs included in that count.

Amazon’s updated policy allows users to “remove and replace up to 2 existing devices in any 30-day period.” In practical terms, this means you can deregister or delete up to two devices linked to your account—such as those used for streaming or accessing Amazon services—within a 30-day timeframe. Additionally, you can replace those removed devices from Amazon Prime or register two new ones during the same 30-day period.
