Motorola has unveiled a new smartphone in the mid-range price category. The Motorola Moto Edge 30 has been unveiled in Europe by the company. Moreover, the phone is a step down from Motorola’s current flagship, the Edge 30 Pro, which is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor. The Snapdragon chipset is also included in the vanilla Edge 30.

A 144Hz OLED display is included on Motorola’s latest mid-range smartphone. On the rear, the phone has a triple-camera arrangement. It is likely to release in India soon.
Price of Motorola Moto Edge 30
In a few chosen markets, Motorola has released the Moto Edge 30. The phone has 8GB of RAM and can hold up to 256GB of internal storage. The entry-level model will cost EUR 450. (roughly Rs 36,500). At this time, the price of the 8GB + 256GB storage option is unclear. Aurora Green, Meteor Grey, and Supermoon Silver are the three colours available.

In India, the smartphone will be available shortly. However, the exact launch date remains uncertain.
Specifications
A 6.5-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display is included on the Edge 30. It supports a refresh rate of 144Hz. The 10-bit panel also supports HDR10+ and has a hole-punch cutout for the front camera that is centrally placed.
The phone includes dual speakers with Dolby Atmos compatibility. Under the hood, there’s a Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G+ SoC. In addition, it has up to 256GB of internal storage and 8GB of RAM. A microSD card slot is not available for storage expansion.

Motorola has released the phone with Android 12 pre-installed. On top of Android, it runs a layer of MyUX. A triple-camera system is found on the rear. The phone has a 50-megapixel primary camera with OIS and All-Pixel Autofocus. A 50-megapixel ultrawide camera with a 118-degree field of view is also included. The ultrawide sensor also functions as a macro sensor. A 2-megapixel depth sensor is the third sensor. The phone sports a 32-megapixel front camera sensor for selfies.
The gadget has a 4,020 mAh battery with 33W TurboPower rapid charging capabilities. There is no 3.5mm headphone jack on this device. The phone is splash-resistant, with an IP52 certification.
