Infinix Confirms Launch Date Of Note 7: September 16th

The Infinix Note 7 in India on September 16 as announced by the company through a teaser.  The teaser video revealed that the phone will go on sale via Flipkart. The phone has a 5000 mAh battery alongside a circular rear camera module.

Infinix has announced the launch of its Note 7 model through a teaser video on YouTube. As per our assumptions, the Infinix Note 7 lite launch is like on the cards as well. This is because both the Infinix Note 7 and Note 7 Lite were revealed back in April. This makes it quite possible for the latter to release on September 16 as well. However, nothing is known about the price of the device as of now. The price details will be out once the smartphone is made official later this month.

Infinix Note 7: Specifications And Features

The Infinix Note 7 is based on Android 10 OS alongside the XOS 6.0 user interface on top. Furthermore, the Infinix Note 7 features a 6.95-inch HD+ IPS display which has a resolution of 720 x 1640. The display has an aspect ratio of 20:5:9.

When it comes to the processor, the smartphone is powered by the octa-core MediaTek Helio G70 SoC. Additionally, the processor is paired with 6GB of RAM. We will also see a 128GB internal storage in the device. Also, the internal storage is expandable up to 2TB via a microSD card slot.

On capturing photos and videos, the Infinix Note 7 has a quad rear camera setup. The setup includes a 48-megapixel primary sensor, 2-megapixel macro sensor, 2-megapixel depth sensor, and a low-light video camera along alongside a quad-LED flash. On the front, there is a 16-megapixel selfie shooter.

The Infinix Note 7 packs a big 5000 mAh battery with 18W fast charging support. Furthermore, the dual-sim smartphone also has 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth, GPS/ A-GPS, a Micro-USB port as well as a 3.5mm headphone jack. It is good that we see still see the headphone jack in phones. The device also takes it a step forward with the trendy side mounted fingerprint scanner. Sensors like the accelerometer sensor, ambient light sensor, proximity sensor and more can also be seen in the device.

The Infinix Note 7 does seem right on track and hits the spot in various places. The MediaTek G70 SoC copupled with the 5000 mAh battery and the modern side mounted fingerprint scanner is quite amusing. This also proves that the company is planning to give customers exactly what they want at an affordable price.
