A retailing site in Russia listed the new HTC phone, HTC Wildfire E2 for sale. The smartphone features a dual-rear camera setup along with a single 4GB RAM variant. The HTC Wildfire E2 features a 6.21-inch HD+ (720×1,560 pixels) IPS display with a 19.5:9 aspect ratio. The phone comes powered with the octa-core MediaTek Helio P22 (MT6762D) SoC. There is also 128GB of onboard storage that is expandable up to 512 GB via microSD card. It is available in a single variant of 4GB RAM.
In terms of optics, it features a dual rear camera setup that houses a 16MP primary sensor and a 2MP secondary sensor. The front camera consists of an 8MP selfie camera with an f/2.2 lens.
The HTC Wildfire E2 packs a 4,000mAh battery and can deliver up to six hours of video playback on a single charge. There is also the rear-mounted fingerprint sensor for easily unlocking the screen.
