iFixit, a partner of Google will allow users to do so and aid them in fixing and tinkering with their Google Fold. This is quite interesting as it makes the Google Pixel Fold the first of its kind to offer self-repair capabilities for the owner.

How to Fix Your Google Pixel Fold Yourself!
To make sure that you can fix your Google Pixel Fold on your own, you will need to depend on the aforementioned iFixit store which is the official partner of Google. Worry not, since the company also partners with Steam and Logitech, which are household names. Now, you need to follow the steps below to fix your Pixel Fold.
1. To start off, you will need to go to the iFixit store website in the region of your choice, or where you reside in.
2. Following this, in the search tab, you need to search for the Pixel Fold keyword.
3. Once you do so, you will find multiple options.
4. Scroll down until you find the Google Pixel Fold repair kit.
5. The repair kit will show up as a complete kit, which will allow you to fix the battery, camera or even the screen.
6. In case you just want parts, you can get them via the iFixit site too.
7. As soon as you choose the kit, you will be shown the contents of the kit. iFixit also mentions whether the parts are official parts from the handset maker or just alternatives.

Do note that as of now, the replacement parts for the new foldable are not on offer right now. They will probably be on offer in the coming weeks. Furthermore, it is worth noting that the official guide for the Pixel Fold is available on iFixit’s official website.

This can depend on the owner’s choice.
Whilst this might seem like an amazing option for techies and enthusiasts, the sheer complexity makes it a tough task to do.
