- The service will soon be started after the companies receive guidelines from states.
E-commerce services in most parts of the country, which were on halt since the beginning of the lockdown in India, will now get greater comfort from today i.e. under the fourth phase of the lockdown.
The news came out via the Union Home Ministry’s latest order which states that all activities including non-essentials, will be allowed, except for those which are specifically prohibited, during the fourth phase of the lockdown which will end on 31 May.
However, only necessary activities will be allowed in the containment zones. The Home Ministry has also left the decision of dividing regions and prohibiting certain other activities for States and Union territories. Their assessment of the situation and upliftment of restrictions in different regions would now be followed for resuming economic activities in the country.
