On October 21, 2022, Black Adam is expected to be ready to have its American premiere. Also, the COVID-19 pandemic forced the postponement of the movie’s initial release date, which was set for December 22, 2021. However, for fans of Black Adam, this month has been pretty amazing, as the first teaser trailer for the upcoming DC blockbuster made its official appearance.
Since then, viewers have been given infrequent glimpses at the movie’s cast, including members of the renowned DC superhero squad, the Justice Society of America. When a brand-new movie poster circulated online on Tuesday, it was shown to be the case. Keep reading to know more!

The movie’s JSA members are shown on the poster with Black Adam (Dwayne Johnson), including Carter Hall (Aldis Hodge as Hawkman), Maxine Hunkel (Quintessa Swindell as Cyclone), Albert Rothstein (Noah Centineo as Atom Smasher), and Kent Nelson (Doctor Fate) (Pierce Brosnan).
Release Date
In the US, the release date was scheduled for October 21, 2022. Plans had to be modified, though, because of the pandemic. Before deciding on its current release date, the movie was ultimately delayed to July 29, 2022.

Black Adam Cast
Jaume Collet-Serra, the director, and Dwayne Johnson, obviously come together for this movie. Along with Pierce Brosnan as Kent Nelson, aka Doctor Fate and Quintessa Swindell as Maxine Hunkel, aka Cyclone, Noah Centineo also stars as Atom Smasher, a member of the Justice Society of America (JSA). Hawkman, portrayed by Aldis Hodge, is the bad guy in this movie. The cast also includes Sarah Shahi as Adrianna Tomaz, a professor and member of the Kahndaq resistance.
Furthermore, James Cusati-Moyer, Marwan Kenzari, Mo Amer, Bodhi Sabongui, and Uli Latukefu are more cast members, and their roles have not yet been made public. Nevertheless, we know that Intergang, a gang of criminals, would be shown in the movie, which means they could round out the villains.

How did Black Adam encounter White Malik?
White Malik will be the title character for most of the series. As an incurable disease damages Teth’s immortality in the third issue, Malik will assume the role of the anti-hero.
White is taken to Kahndaq by a mysterious stranger as soon as he exits the police station. Several people warmly welcome him there, and later Malik comes across a dying Teth Adam who chooses him to be his descendent. Consequently, Malik grows his powers from that point on.
Malik is initially introduced when he runs across Teth at a hospital. Since he believes Malik works there, the latter went out of his way to look for him. He later learns from a nurse that Dr Malik didn’t work for the hospital. Finally, finding White Malik wasn’t a big deal for Teth, of course.
