The iQOO Z5 5G device with the model number V2188A found on the TENAA certification site is reported to be a new variant of the smartphone. The description also includes information about the handset’s camera arrangement, storage settings, size, and other features. On Friday, May 20, there have been rumours that iQOO will introduce a new iQOO Z5 model with a 6,000mAh battery. The Vivo-owned company, on the other hand, has not disclosed any information about the rumoured smartphone. In September, last year, iQOO launched the iQOO Z5 in India.

 Specifications of iQOO Z5 New Model

According to the TENAA listing, the new model may have a 6.58-inch TFT display with a full-HD+ (1,080×2,408 pixels) resolution. octa-core SoC with a clock rate of 3.0GHz, which is a MediaTek Dimensity 1300 SoC powers the new model . Moreover, the smartphone is rumoured to have up to 12GB of RAM and storage choices of 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB. This iQOO device is likely to run Android 12 with the iQoo UI layer on top. It may have dimensions of 163.8775.339.21mm and weigh roughly 202.8g.

The upcoming iQOO Z5 model is likely to include a dual rear camera configuration with a 50-megapixel main sensor and a 2-megapixel depth/ macro sensor for optics. On the front, there might be a 16-megapixel selfie camera. The device may come with a 5,880mAh battery, which can increase upto 6,000mAh for the final release. Digital Chat Station, a tipster, has revealed that this smartphone might enable 44W fast charging. According to another source, iQOO may release this smartphone in China on Friday.

iQOO was Debuted Last Year in September

In September, last year, iQOO debuted the iQoo Z5 in India. The Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G SoC, a 6.67-inch full-HD+ (1,080×2,400 pixels) LCD screen, up to 12GB of RAM, and up to 256GB of storage are all included in this phone. A 64-megapixel sensor is the focal point of the smartphone’s triple back camera arrangement. On the front, there’s a 16-megapixel selfie camera. It has a 5,000mAh battery with 44W rapid charging capability. In India, this device was released with a starting price of Rs. 23,990.
