Realme Race Series Tipped to Launch in India as Realme GT

Realme is gearing up to launch a new smartphone in India dubbed as Realme Race. Now, as per a tipster, it can launch as the Realme GT series. We are already getting a series of leaks and rumors online for the same. However, there was no confirmation on the official moniker of the phone until now.

Earlier this week, a Realme smartphone with the number RMX2202 was in a TENAA listing. This smartphone is believed to be Realme Race, which can be another name for the Realme GT. Additionally, tipster Mukul Sharma shared an image of the moniker trademark application.

So yes, as I told yesterday, the Realme Race series could very well launch as the Realme GT series. The moniker has been trademarked in India.

It indicates that the smartphone will launch in India soon. Moreover, it was on the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) website earlier this week. However, the Realme GT may launch in China before making its debut in India.

However, on its TENAA listing earlier, it is visible along with a ‘GT’ branding towards the bottom. This can point it towards the name Realme GT. The images also show a rectangular camera visible at the back of the phone. But the camera sensors are not visible clearly. However, a render of the Realme Race that had surfaced online in December 2020 shows the phone with a triple rear camera setup. The images suggest that the smartphone can come in a blue color variant.
