OnePlus Nord 2 Alleged Price, Specs, and Color Options Revealed in Latest Leak

OnePlus is gearing up for the launch of their OnePlus Nord 2 5G as the smartphone has appeared in several leaks. Moreover, even the brand is also teasing the device confirming several of the specs as its marketing. We know that launch will take place on the 22nd July. In addition, the upcoming smartphone will be available on sale via Amazon. Its’ confirmation comes via the Amazon India listing of the product via a microsite.

Earlier leaks have suggested that the device will feature the MediaTek Dimensity 1200 AI SoC. However, in a new teaser, OnePlus Nord 2 5G new details regarding the display have also come out – confirming the assumptions. Although a newer alleged leak gives us an idea of its price, specs, and color options. Let us take a look at those leaks:

OnePlus Nord 2 Price, Color Options – Alleged

According to the leak, Nord 2 price in India will be Rs 31,999 for the base 8GB + 128GB variant. However, the price will go up to Rs 34,999 for the higher-end 12GB + 256GB version. This will make the Nord 2 the first model in the series to cross the Rs 30,000-mark.

OnePlus Nord 2 is said to be available in two colors: Grey Sierra and Blue Haze. However, the leak states the handset will also be available in a special leather back edition with Green Woods color.

Ahead of the launch, OnePlus has started revealing the key specifications of the handset with new teasers. The latest teaser from the company reveals that the phone will have a 90Hz refresh rate display. It also reveals that the upcoming OnePlus Nord 2 will feature a 6.43-inch fluid AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate. OnePlus has also confirmed that the display on the upcoming successor will be HDR10+ certified. We can expect the handset to feature an optical in-display fingerprint scanner as well.

Now, that display specs are confirmed – let us take a look at the other specs of the device. On the processor front, the smartphone will carry the MediaTek Dimensity 1200 SoC. Additionally, the octa-core chipset will pair with up to 12GB RAM and 256GB internal storage. However, the internal storage on the device may not be expandable. Furthermore, the OnePlus Nord 2 will most likely run on Android 11 OS right out of the box.

For photos and videos, the OnePlus Nord 2 5G will come with a triple rear camera setup. The setup includes a 50-megapixel primary sensor and an 8-megapixel secondary sensor. Additionally, the setup will also include a tertiary 2-megapixel depth sensor. On the front, the smartphone could sport a 32-megapixel selfie shooter.

The OnePlus Nord 2 5G will pack a decent 4,500mAh battery. Connectivity options could include 5G, 4G LTE, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and USB Type-C port.
