OnePlus Band launches as the company’s first wearable device today. It is in direct competition with Xiaomi’s Smart Band 5. Moreover, it comes with an attractive set of features, including up to two weeks of battery life. This tracker also gets multiple strap colors and support for watch faces through the OnePlus Health companion app.

The app allows users to track their daily activities, heart rate, and sleep data. It also includes 13 exercise modes. OnePlus Band also supports blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) and heart rate monitoring.

OnePlus Band Price in India
The fitness tracker price in India is Rs. 2,499. It comes in a Black color option and will go on sale through online e-retailers like Amazon, Flipkart. In addition, it will go on sale on various OnePlus official channels and offline stores from January 13.
On the other hand, it will be available under an early access sale for Red Cable Club members. It will be from 9 am on January 12, exclusively via OnePlus.in and the OnePlus Store app. Moreover, it will also separately sell wrist straps for the OnePlus Band in Navy and Tangerine Gray colors at Rs. 399 each.

OnePlus Band Specifications
The band features a 1.1-inch AMOLED display with 126×294 pixels resolution. It comes with an array of sensors that includes a blood oxygen sensor, a three-axis accelerometer and gyroscope, and an optical heart-rate sensor.
Moreover, it also comes with 13 exercise modes namely Outdoor Run, Indoor Run, Fat Burn Run, Outdoor Walk, Outdoor Cycling, Indoor Cycling, Elliptical Trainer, Rowing Machine, Cricket, Badminton, Pool Swimming, Yoga, and Free Training.
Similar to other brands, it comes with IP68 certification and a 5ATM water-resistant rating. It is also designed to resist dust to some extent.

In addition, the fitness tracker can help you analyze your sleep patterns using its built-in sensors. It also combines its sleep tracking with continuous SpO2 monitoring. This will provide a comprehensive view of your health through the OnePlus Health app. However, the band doesn’t come with any healthcare certifications or isn’t medically approved.
It also provides heart rate monitoring on the OnePlus Band, along with personalized heart-rate alerts. The band is claiming to notify users of irregular readings.
In terms of design, the Band comes with a detachable tracker that is attached to a range of dual-color wrist straps. However, the bundled wrist strap is in Black color.
Moreover, it is compatible with devices running on at least Android 6.0. However, OnePlus is bringing support for the iPhone along with a corresponding OnePlus Health app on iOS at a later stage. The company also claims that the band provides the “best experience” with an OnePlus phone. There is Bluetooth v5.0 connectivity.
OnePlus Band packs a 100mAh battery that claims to deliver up to 14 days of usage on a single charge. It comes bundled with a wired charging dongle.
