Carl Pei’s Nothing is all ready to host a virtual event later today. This tech startup founded by one of the original founders of OnePlus will be launching a smartphone during the launch. Nothing’s The Truth event will also unveil its future road map for its products. Although the exact details about what Nothing is unveiling at the event are yet to be officially revealed. But one thing in the launch pipeline we know for sure is a smartphone. Let us look at the details of the launch event:

How to watch the Nothing’s The Truth event?
The launch event will begin at 2 pm GMT (7:30 pm IST) today (March 23). The event will be live-streamed via its official YouTube channel. Attendees can now sign up to get notifications about the event on Nothing’s website.
Nothing has proudly showed off its partnership with Qualcomm, hinting that a phone might be on the way. Last month, Pei teased a new smartphone in a series of cryptic tweets. The handset could feature a transparent design like the Nothing Ear 1 TWS earbuds that were launched in 2021. The rumoured Nothing Phone is also likely to run on Android 12 out-of-the-box, with few customisations on top of the stock experience. It could be powered by a Snapdragon SoC.

Reports have also indicated that Nothing is working on several devices. So a phone may not be all we hear about at the event. Whatever we get, it seems this event will be much ado about Nothing’s The Truth.

In addition, the brand has raised $70 million in round B capital from EQT Ventures, C Ventures, and Alphabet’s GV. As a result, the company’s total capital has climbed to $144 million. In addition, $1.5 million from Nothing’s first round of community fundraising includes in the investment. Finally, cash will be used to extend the company’s product ecosystem. Aside from that, the extra funds will come in use of the company launching its London Design Hub.
