The Nokia 5.4 is apparently getting the Android 11 update in India and other regions of the world. Because HMD Global has yet to make an official announcement, it is unclear which markets will receive the update first. The Nokia 5.4 will receive a number of new features, bug fixes, and optimization, as is usual with Android 11 updates. According to reports, the update includes the August 2021 Android security patch. The Nokia 5.4 was launched in February and came pre-installed with Android 10.

The Nokia smartphone will get features like chat bubbles, one-time permissions for mic, camera, or location, and the option to organise all conversations in one place, according to a screenshot posted by the publication. In addition, Google Play services on the device are believed to have gotten an update with extra security and privacy changes.
The update comes with the security patch for August 2021 Android. The firmware version for the upgrade is V2.120, and the update size is 1.77GB. Users should update their Nokia 5.4 device when it has a full charge and connected to a strong Wi-Fi network. As previously stated, Nokia has not issued an official statement regarding the update, but the source claims that it is now being rolled out to users in India.

The Nokia 5.4 came to India in February, featuring a 6.39-inch HD+ display. It has a Snapdragon 662 SoC with up to 6GB of RAM under the hood. It has 64GB of inbuilt storage that is expandable up to 512GB with a microSD card.
