Lava is all set to launch their very first 5G smartphone in India on November 9, 2021, which is today. We know of the Lava Agni 5G for quite some time now. Speculations of Lava working on a 5G device have been making rounds of the internet since last month itself. Now, we are finally just a couple of hours away from its official launch.
Although Lava is known to mostly make affordable handsets, this one will be a tad bit different. The Lava Agni 5G is primarily an attempt by the company to compete in the mid-ranger segment of smartphones in India. Lava Agni 5G India Launch: How to Watch Livestream?
The very first 5G smartphone by Lava is all set to go official in India at 12PM IST today. It will be launched via a virtual launch event. This virtual launch event will be livestreamed via the company’s official YouTube channel. We have embedded the video above.

Lava Agni 5G Price in India & Specs
Going by the website listing, the Lava Agni 5G Price in India is set at Rs. 19,999. However, this price could change upon its official launch. The website listing of the device has also unveiled the Fiery Blue colour option. However, we can expect to see more colour variants for the device upon launch.
Taking about the Lava Agni 5G specs, it will come with a 90Hz refresh rate on most likely a full-HD+ display. On the processor front, the device will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 810 5G SoC. When it comes to software, the smartphone will run on Android 11 OS with a near-Stock Android like custom skin on top.

For photos and videos, the smartphone will feature a 64-megapixel quad rear camera setup. We already know that the device will pack a big 5000mAh battery. However, the fast charging capabilities of the device is under wraps for now. On the connectivity front, we will get to see 5G, 4G LTE, dual-band Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth and a USB Type-C port for charging.
