As per TRAI voice Quality rankings for April, Vodafone Idea (Vi) has topped the list. Since January 2022, the telecommunications giant has held onto its leadership position without losing ground. The TRAI Call Quality index has given Vi an overall rating of 4.1 out of 5 for overall call quality, including indoor and outdoor calls. From January through April of 2022, Vi is the only privately owned telecommunications firm to get ratings of 4 or above.
The information comes from TRAI’s MyCall app, which collects data from Indian mobile phone customers. This contains information such as customer comments on the quality of voice calls. For example, for Reliance Jio, there are 1,828 feedbacks; Vi India – there are 1,210; for BSNL, there are 938; and for Airtel, there are 697 comments.

Vi has attained a high 5G speed of 5.2 Gbps during the current testing in Pune, Maharashtra. This is an improvement when comparing to Vi’s prior 5G speed of 4 Gbps.
