Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has introduced a new Fibre Entry monthly broadband plan for consumers starting at Rs. 329. The new broadband Internet service from BSNL Bharat Fiber would give up to 20Mbps speed. It is currently only available in a few states.
According to the service provider, the package has a Fair Usage Policy (FUP) maximum of 1,000GB (1TB), beyond which members will be able to surf at slower rates. Users will also be able to make local and long-distance calls to any network in India. The new Fibre Entry broadband plan is listed on the BSNL website in states where it is currently available.

The new Fibre Entry monthly plan from BSNL costs Rs. 329, which is Rs. 120 cheaper than the Fiber Basic Plan, which costs Rs. 449. The latter provides 30Mbps high-speed browsing with a FUP limit of 3,300GB (3.3TB), beyond which browsing speeds decrease to 2Mbps.
While the plan’s pricing is Rs. 329, it is exclusive of taxes, so customers will have to pay a total of Rs. 388 (with 18 per cent GST or Rs. 59 as an extra) and offers a cheaper alternative to subscribers who do not want a lot of data per month. The package is only available in certain places, and BSNL is yet to extend to all states.
