Oppo Enco W31 Design & Comfort
Let’s start the Oppo Enco W31 review with the design part. The physical design featured by the buds is quite basic, and I must say that it won’t impress you on the first go. The buds flaunt a small hockey-shaped design and have round edges with a matte finish.
However, the design of the case is a bit different when compared to the other earbuds. It is circular in shape and has a USB Type-C port for charging. Furthermore, inside the case, you will find the two buds and a LED light that shows the charging status.
Everything combined, the Oppo Enco W31 weighs just 50 grams which makes it quite lightweight. Hence, carrying it in the jeans pocket is quite comfortable. Talking about how the buds feel in-ear, at first, I found a bit of discomfort, but later, I became used to it. That makes me say- not everyone will find this earbud comfortable.
The earbuds have an in-ear design which keeps them in place. I used the buds while walking and running, and to my surprise- the buds did not fall down. The Oppo Enco W31 has an IP54 rating which makes them dust and water-resistant.

Oppo Enco W31 Audio Quality
Now, in my Oppo Enco W31 review, I will talk about the audio quality offered by this TWS earbud. The sound quality you get here will surprise you for the price you are paying. In each ear, you get a 7mm dynamic driver that is known to handle each bass the right way. So, with these earbuds, you don’t have to worry about the highs and lows.
In my case, I tested the buds against all genres of songs and got the same result every time. The buds could deliver each and every beat and gave me an immersive listening experience. Honestly, with this price tag, I did not expect the audio quality to be so good.
Next, when it comes to the noise cancellation feature- Oppo has added a decent noise cancellation feature which works great with less background noise. But when I tested it in a heavily crowded cafe, I did not get the desired results. So, on that front, the earbuds miss a lot.
Oppo Enco W31 Battery Life & Charging
Oppo claims to be offering 3.5 hours of playback time without the charging case and up to 15 hours of playback time with the charging case. However, this figure changes in practical usage. I got up to three hours of playback time on continuous usage.
The Oppo Enco W31 does not offer fast charging support. Neither do you get wireless charging support here! So, charging the buds to 100 per cent will take you almost two hours. And the case can charge the buds fully up to four times.

Oppo Enco W31 Features & Connectivity
Lastly, in my Oppo Enco W31 review, I will talk about the other features you get here. First of all, the earbuds are compatible with both Android and iOS devices. The TWS earbud comes equipped with Bluetooth version 5, which can offer you a stable and reliable connection throughout.
Pairing the buds with your phone is quite easy. It cuts the connectivity hassles. Simply long press the button inside the case to quickly pair it with your phone.
So, next time when you need to connect the buds, you just need to turn on the Bluetooth of your phone and take the bud outside the case. Now, you will see the name appearing in the available Bluetooth devices. Simply tap on it and connect your earbuds, and now enjoy the audio.
The Oppo Enco W31 features touch support. Double tap on the left bud to switch between the modes- Balance and Bass mode. When you double-tap on the right bud, it will change to the next song, and triple tapping will activate the voice assistant.
Also, there is an auto-pause feature available here. So, the moment, you take the bud out of your ear, the audio will pause.

And that’s all from my end on the Oppo Enco W31 review. The TWS is a great choice for starters. The audio quality and battery life offered by this earbud are something that I liked for the price I paid. Connectivity features are great as well. If not for anything else, you can certainly buy this TWS earbud for the sound.
