Reliance Jio has relaunched the Rs. 98 prepaid recharge option for its users. The comeback has no new perks and instead has a 14-day validity period instead of the previous 28-day one. High-speed internet connectivity and unlimited voice calls are included in the Rs. 98 Jio recharge plan. JioTV, JioCinema, and JioNews are among the Jio apps offered along with the plan. The relaunch of the Rs. 98 prepaid plan lowers the starting rate of Jio’s recharge plans portfolio from Rs. 129 to Rs. 98.
Users may recharge with the new Jio Rs 98 plan on the MyJio app or the website in all locations. Users can also use third-party applications like Google Pay and Paytm to recharge their prepaid smartphones with the Rs. 98 plan and receive the new benefits.

Jio Rs 98 Recharge Plan
As previously stated, the Jio Rs 98 recharge plan is the lowest-priced pre-paid plan offered to customers across the country. The plan has a 14-day validity period, as compared to the previous 28-day period, and includes additional features such as 1.5GB of high-speed 4G data per day rather than 2GB for the whole month, 100 SMSes per day, access to all Jio apps, and, because there is no IUC anymore, all calls to any network are absolutely unlimited. The new pack also gives a cost-effective choice for people who need to make quick calls or use the internet in an emergency.

Jio introduced Rs. 39 and Rs. 69 prepaid plans earlier in the month, expanding the variety of recharge plans accessible to Jio Phone users. Both were valid for 14 days and featured unlimited voice calls. The Rs. 39 plan, on the other hand, provides 100MB of data each day, while the Rs. 69 plan provides 0.5GB of data per day.
Free calling for JioPhone Users
Separately, Jio recently offered 300 minutes of free outbound calls for underprivileged JioPhone users who were unable to recharge owing to Covid-19-related lockdowns around the country. Customers will get 10 minutes of free daily talk time for the next 30 days, while incoming calls will continue to be free. This will allow them to remain connected amid a crisis.
JioPhone users have also been given a one-plus-one recharge deal, in which the telecom network would give a second recharge pack of the same plan as the one the consumer had recharged. For example, if a user recharges their phone with a Rs 69 pack, Jio would give them an additional Rs 69 plan at no cost.
