Apple is tipped to launch its upcoming iPhones for 2020 in the coming weeks. However, ahead of its launch, there are rumors and leaks on an iPhone 12 Mini in the works. As per reports, this will be the fourth addition in the line-up releasing this year.

If it turns out to be true, it is a title new to the iPhone range with a solid heritage. Moreover, Apple products have a mini variant offering like the iPad mini, iPod mini, and Mac mini.
iPhone 12 Mini is likely to sport newer specifications and more modern design. Apple is set to reduce the size of the notch and introduce an iPad Pro like design with flatter edges.

Furthermore, it comes from Twitter user DuanRui, who posted alleged Apple’s “silicone case stickers”. It came with names and hand-labeled screen sizes for the new iPhones.
On the other hand, leaks suggest the iPhone 12 Mini will be available in a 5.4-inch size. Whereas the iPhone 12/ iPhone 12 Pro will be bigger at 6.1-inch and iPhone 12 Pro Max even bigger. In addition, it will also have iPhone SE 2020 design as inspiration.
However, the Mini will come at a much lower cost than other iPhones. Some reports suggest it will be selling for around $700.
More leaks on iPhone 12 Mini
The mini version will be cased in aluminum. It will also arrive with the latest Apple silicon- the A14 Bionic chipset.

It will come with an OLED screen, a dual-camera setup, a smaller notch, and an iPad Pro-like design with flatter edges. However, many believe that the iPhone 12 Mini is likely to be a 4G-only model.
In the last few days, multiple reports have claimed that the iPhone 12 event is for October 13. The iPhone 12 Mini and iPhone 12 will likely go on sale towards the end of October and the Pro models will seemingly go on sale sometime in November.
