There were 7 main smartphone launches in the month of March from 5 major brands. Redmi and Realme have launched their much-awaited smartphones that see a major upgrade over the predecessors. Samsung has also launched its new Galaxy M21 smartphone which is a much-awaited update over the very successful Galaxy M20 that was launched a long time ago. So let’s have a look at all the smartphones launched in March 2020.
Redmi Note 9 Pro
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro is an amazing smartphone, it is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G chipset, it comes with 8 Kryo 465 cores with up to 2.3GHz max frequency and uses the Spectra 350L ISP. The smartphone comes in 4GB and 6GB RAM variants with 64GB and 128GB internal storage options.
The optics on the smartphone are really good and consist of a 48MP primary sensor with an f/1.8 aperture, there is also an 8MP ultra-wide sensor with f/2.2 aperture. The camera setup includes a 5MP macro sensor and a 2MP depth sensor. The camera supports video recording in 4K at 30FPS and at FullHD up to 120FPS, there is also a super slow-mo option to record at 960FPS. The Redmi Note 9 Pro Max is also powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G chipset and comprises of 8 Kryo 465 cores, the smartphone comes in 6GB and 8GB RAM variants with 64GB and 128GB internal storage options. The primary rear camera on the smartphone is a 64MP sensor with f/1.8 aperture, the 8MP ultra-wide sensor has an f/2.2 aperture. There is also a dedicated macro sensor and a dedicated depth sensor in the camera package.
The Note 9 Pro Max supports 4K recording at 30FPS, FullHD recording at up to 120FPS and 720 ultra slow-mo at 960FPS. The front shooter is a 32MP sensor and supports FullHD recording at 30FPS and slow-mo recording at 120FPS. Even the Redmi Note 9 Pro max uses a FullHD+ display with a 6.67-inch size.

The Realme 6 smartphone is powered by the MediaTek Helio G90T chipset which is an octa-core processor with up to 2.05GHz clock speed. The smartphone comes with a slightly larger 6.6-inch display with a 90Hz refresh rate for ultra-smooth animations.

The Samsung Galaxy M21 is the successor of the Samsung Galaxy M20 which was a massive hit for the performance offered at the price point. This smartphone is powered by their in-house Samsung Exynos 9611 chipset features 4 cores clocked at 1.7GHz and 4 cores clocked at 2.3GHz. The smartphone comes with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. The smartphone comes with a 6.4-inch display with a FullHD+ resolution and has a triple camera setup on the rear.

The Infinix S5 Pro smartphone is powered by the MediaTek Helio P22 Chipset and has 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. The smartphone has a 6.6-inch LCD display with an HD+ resolution and a 20:9 aspect ratio.
