CEO Madhav Sheth took to Twitter to reveal that the Realme X7 series of phones will launch next year. The X7 series comprises of two phones namely the Realme X7 and X7 Pro. Besides, these smartphones were already launched in China back in September as relatively affordable 5G smartphones.
Sheth has stated that the company plans to “democratise 5G technology in 2021” in India with the Realme X7 series. However, the Realme X7 series launch date is under wraps for now. The series is expected to launch in the first half of 2021.
Madhav’s tweet also reminded people about how Realme X50 Pro was the first 5G phone in India. Both the Realme X7 and X7 Pro will hopefully make it to the Indian market. Additionally, there can also be a third Realme X7 Lite. The device surfaced online back in September and instantly became a part of many rumors. The device was spotted on a TENAA listing with the model number of RMX2173. The phone, if releases, will be a toned down version of the vanilla X7. However, nothing else is currently known about the device.
