Meta-owned WhatsApp is preparing a new feature that will enable users to abandon groups to make the messaging network user-friendly secretly. The image indicates that exiting a group does not affect the other group members.
According to WABetaInfo, only group administrators will be able to observe who has left the group. Beta testers will not be able to use this feature since it is still under development.
Whatsapp currently sends out an automated message to all the group members to alert them that the user has left the group. Regardless of whether they obtained the screenshot from the Desktop beta or the beta for Android and iOS. It will deploy the functionality in the future.
