Samsung has teased the launch of the Samsung Galaxy F55 5G in India. The phone will boast a premium vegan leather finish and likely debut in red. Furthermore, it will go on sale via Flipkart and the Samsung India website.

Based on the teaser, it is highly likely that the Galaxy F55 could be rebrand of the Samsung Galaxy C55 from China. A recent leak revealed the price and variants of the F55 ahead of its launch.

The Samsung Galaxy F55 will be available in three variants: 8GB+128GB,8GB+256GB, and 12GB+256 GB. The phone will start at Rs.26,999 for the 8GB+128GB variant, Rs.29,999 and Rs.32,999 for the 8GB+256GB and 12GB+256GB models, respectively.

The Samsung Galaxy F55 will likely feature a 6.7-inch Full-HD+ AMOLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate. The phone will also boast a peak brightness of 1000 nits and a pixel density of 393ppi.

The Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 will power the phone paired with up to 12GB of RAM. It will ship with OneUI 6 based on Android 14 and offer up to 256GB of storage. The Samsung Galaxy F55 will likely come with four years of update support and five years of security patches.

For optics, the phone will have a 50-megapixel primary camera with OIS, an 8-megapixel ultrawide-angle lens, and a 2-megapixel macro sensor. On the front, you can expect a 2-megapixel selfie camera.
