Xiaomi has recently launched their Redmi 10 in global markets. Now, another device from the series, the Redmi 10 Prime, is making rounds of the internet. The Indian variant of the smartphone has recently been spotted on the IMEI database website. Now, the smartphone has made an appearance on the Bluetooth SIG certification. Not only does it hint at an imminent launch of the device, it also confirms the smartphone to be a rebranded Redmi 10 for the Indian market.

Further, the smartphone has been listed with the model number 210611109BI. Noted tipster Kacper Skrzypek has also revealed that the smartphone is indeed a rebranded Redmi 10 Prime. Xiaomi had launched the global variant of the Redmi 9 as the Redmi 9 Prime in India. Meanwhile, the Redmi 9C made its way to India as the Redmi 9. So, going by this, the company seems to be following a similar strategy for their Redmi 10 series of smartphones.
Redmi 10 Prime Specifications
Going by the fact that it will be a rebranded Redmi 10, we can expect the Redmi 10 Prime to feature a 6.5-inch Full-HD+ LCD display. Additionally, the display will come with a resolution of 2400 x 1800 pixels and a pixel density of 405 PPI. The display may also come with a punch-hole display and adaptive refresh rate of up to 90Hz.

On the processor front, the Redmi 10 Prime will be powered by the MediaTek Helio G88 SoC. The octa-core 12nm fabrication process-based chipset will pair up with the integrated Mali-G52 GPU. In addition, the processor and GPU will further pair up with up to 6GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB of eMMC 5.1 storage.
For photos and videos, the smartphone will feature a quad rear camera setup. The setup will include a 50-megapixel primary sensor alongside an 8-megapixel secondary ultra-wide-angle sensor. There will be two 2-megapixel sensors for macro and depth shots, respectively. At the front, the device will come with an 8-megapixel selfie shooter.

On the battery front, the Redmi 10 Prime will pack a big 5000mAh battery with 18W fast charging support. The device will also come with 9W reverse charging support and a USB Type-C port for charging. The smartphone will also come with a 3.5mm headphone jack along with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner for security. The device will measure 162×75.3×8.95mm and weigh 181 grams.
