Realme has announced that its next-generation Android smartphone wireless charging device – Realme MagDart. It will launch officially on August 3. This will come with magnetic snap-on capabilities, similar to the MagSafe Battery Pack by Apple. Moreover, Realme CEO Madhav Sheth has officially confirmed that Realme is holding a Realme Magnetic Innovation event. According to him, this Magnetic Wireless charging technology will launch on August 3 at 5:30 PM. Furthermore, this comes just days after the Realme Flash smartphone teaser to debut soon.

Additionally, it also hints that the company may announce the Realme Flash smartphone alongside. It was teased recently as well. Realme hasn’t made an explicit announcement regarding this but should offer more clarity soon. Moreover, this teaser poster shows a ring-like structure that indicates its similarities with the MagSafe Battery Pack announced recently.

Realme MagDart charging tech tipped to launch soon
To recall, the MagSafe charger is compatible only with iPhone 12 series. Realme MagDart wireless charging technology will likely be compatible with phones that integrate MagDart tech only. The first phone to be MagDart compatible is Realme Flash. Meanwhile, tipster Mukul Sharma has now revealed that this charging technology will be able to charge other Realme products as well, including tablets, laptops, and more.

According to the previous leak, the Realme MagDart will be offered in two variants. One of them will be slim, while the other will be larger in size. However, an earlier leak suggests that the MagDart thinner version will be sleeker compared to Apple’s MagSafe. This thinner version will apparently offer 15W magnetic wireless charging support. On the other hand, the second MagDart charger as mentioned will be larger in size. It will offer high wireless charging rates than the current modern wired fast charging tech. The second model will feature a USB-C port for the power supply and will have vents for maintaining the airflow. Moreover, it is tipped to deliver charging speeds of over 15W and leaks claim that it will be the fastest magnetic charger in the world.
