Realme GT 5G and Realme GT Master Edition are the latest premium smartphones now available in India. They have officially launched in India after launching globally a few months ago. However, in India, it has launched as one of the cheapest smartphones with Snapdragon 888 SoC. Moreover, Realme GT 5G offers flagship features like a high refresh rate screen, a dual-tone vegan leather back and more. Meanwhile, the Master Edition also gets most of these specs but with the addition of a street photography mode and dynamic RAM expansion.

Realme GT Series price and Availability
The former will be available in two memory variants. The one with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage will be available at ₹37,999 in India. Whereas the premium variant with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage will retail for ₹41,999 in the country. The latter variant will feature a dual-tone vegan leather back.
On the other hand, Realme GT Master Edition, the 6GB RAM + 128GB storage variant will cost 25,999. The higher 8GB variant with 128GB storage variant will carry a price tag of ₹27,999, whereas the 256GB variant will retail for ₹29,999.

In terms of availability, Realme GT 5G will be up for sale for the first time on Realme’s official website, Flipkart and offline retail stores at 12 PM on August 25. However, the latter Master Edition will go on sale via the same channels on August 26. Meanwhile, with Flipkart smart upgrade program, users can get the devices at only 70 per cent of their actual prices. This will bring it even lower by clubbing bank offers at the time of purchase.
Realme GT Specifications
This device runs on Realme UI 2.0 based on Android 11. It features a 6.43-inch full-HD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a 360Hz touch sampling rate. In addition, Realme GT 5G comes with a 100 per cent DCI-P3 wide colour gamut, 98 per cent NTSC, and 91.7 per cent screen-to-body ratio.
It is powered by the Snapdragon 888 SoC. Moreover, it pairs with up to 12GB RAM and up to 256GB storage.

The Realme GT 5G sports a 64-MP Sony IMX682 primary camera, an 8-MP wide-angle camera with 119-degree field-of-view, and another macro lens with a 4cm range. There is a 16MP snapper on the front for selfies and video chats. Additionally, the camera supports PureRaw mode, AI selfies, up to 4K 60fps recording, and more.
It packs a 4,500mAh battery with 65W fast charging support.

Connectivity features include 5G Dual-mode, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS, 3.5mm headphone jack, and USB Type-C port for charging and data sync. Realme GT 5G also comes with an in-display fingerprint sensor, stereo speakers, Dolby Atmos, and Hi-Res audio.

It features a 6.43-inch full-HD+ Super AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. In addition, it comes with a 360Hz touch sampling rate, 100 per cent DCI-P3 coverage, and DC Dimming.
Under the hood, Realme GT Master Edition is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 778 SoC. Moreover, it comes with up to 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage.

For optics, the phone comes with a triple rear camera setup that includes a 64-megapixel primary sensor with an f/1.8 lens, an 8-megapixel sensor with an ultra-wide-angle f/2.2 lens, and a 2-megapixel macro shooter with f/2.4 aperture. At the front, Realme GT Master Edition also houses the 32-megapixel selfie shooter with f/2.5 aperture.
The smartphone will draw power from a 4,300mAh battery that supports 65W fast charging. Other Realme GT Master Edition specs include 802.11 b/g/n Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.2, 5G, and NFC. It runs Android 11 out of the box customized with Realme UI.
