Apple has announced to launch an unleashed event on October 18, 2021. The event is said to be hosted virtually, and Apple is expected to announce new MacBook Pro models. The company has not yet confirmed the details of the upcoming launch of the products happening this month. However, if the rumors are to be believed, there are some details revealed about the expected MacBook Pro M1X.

Apple has disclosed the event to be hosted this month. Just as speculated earlier, Apple is all set to introduce the MacBook Pro M1X at the Apple event. 

The detailed piece of specs has been leaked online in advance. Tipster Dylan confirmed the launch of mini LED displays on the Pro MacBooks. The company will launch the laptop in two screen sizes – 14” and 16”. Moreover, Dylan has also indicated that there is no confirmation on the inclusion of the 120Hz refresh rate support on the Pro models.

The latest advancement confirms that bezels around the display are likely to be thinner in the latest Macbook Pro M1X. The company will also upgrade the webcam to 1080p and presumably remove the logo from the bottom bezel.

As far as the performance is concerned, both MacBook 14 and 16 will consist of 16GB of RAM, and it will come with a base storage of 512GB.

Unlike earlier, the new Pro MacBook M1X will have a more accelerated M1X chip. Additionally, the base variant will have a 16-core GPU, whereas the higher-end version will have a 32-core GPU with a 10-core CPU chip. More details of the MacBook Pro models are to be exposed on October 18 at the Apple event.
