Although it was launched over a decade ago, the Apple iPad Air was left to its own devices for about half of that period and has yet to get an upgrade in more than five years. On the other hand, Apple rekindled its enthusiasm for the iPad Air series in 2019, and we’ve been gifted with the appearance of three iPad Air versions since then. The most recent one was the Apple Air 5, powered by Apple’s excellent Apple M1 silicon and has a 12-megapixel ultra-wide front camera with Center Stage, Apple Pencil and Magic Keyboard compatibility, Touch ID, Wi-Fi 6, and other features.
Given Apple’s accelerated update rate in previous years, it’s reasonable to assume that the iPad Air 6 will release in late 2023 or early 2024.

iPad Air 6 Expected Specifications
The iPad Air 6 will have a 12-megapixel f/1.8 aperture Wide back camera that is perfect for high-quality images and 4K videos. 5x Digital Zoom, Face Detection, Touch to Focus, Continuous Shooting, HDR and Burst Mode are other features of this camera. For the front end, Apple will think of a 12-megapixel f/2.4 Camera with Retina Flash.
Moreover, the Air 6 will have an 8-core CPU that delivers up to 60 per cent faster performance than its previous generation iPads. Its 8GB RAM is perfect for smooth multitasking and graphic-intensive games.
For years, the iPad Air has kept its pricing simple: the entry-level 64GB Wi-Fi model starts at $599, while the upscale 256GB variant starts at $749. We predict the iPad Air 6 to cost the same as its two immediate predecessors, assuming Apple needs to adjust the storage variations or introduce a super-premium feature trickling down from the iPad Pro series. This translates to a starting price of $599 for the probable 64GB model and $749 for the 256GB model.
