The opening keynote will remain pre-recorded, but Apple Park at 1 Infinite Loop in Cupertino will be open to a select group of developers.

The keynote can be viewed by developers in the company of Apple’s engineers and designers. The fortunate few were required to apply via an online form in the early days of the week, and the company is now sending out invitations.
According to the report, all attendees “must follow Apple’s health and safety protocols,” which means they must provide a negative COVID-19 test. However, masks are not required. They will be given a tour of the new Developer Center at Apple Park once they arrive.
