It uses the Adreno 610 GPU which the Snapdragon 665 uses, which mainly contributes to the massive boost in performance that it claims. It is also expected to come in the 4 GB/64 GB variant, which is great for budget users.
Therefore, Vivo Y20 users can see a better bump in performance than normally one would expect from the Snapdragon 400 series of chipsets.
Day-to-day activities are also going to be much smoother. Also, PUBG players in a budget can see way fewer frame drops and lags which is definitely a win-win situation.

Since the smartphone is using a budget chipset and fairly moderate specifications, it seems very likely that it will fall in the 8k-10k price bracket.
