Samsung has left no area in the smartphone arena where it can make its presence felt. The latest addition to the Samsung smartphone portfolio is the Samsung Galaxy J2 Core 2020, which has quietly been launched in India.
Samsung Galaxy J2 Core 2020 Specifications
The Galaxy J2 Core 2020 is a revamped version of the Galaxy J2 Core that was released in 2018. The newer model offers the same dated design along with similar specifications, at an affordable price tag. So, there’s a 5-inch TFT display with a resolution of 540 x 960 pixels. The spec sheet doesn’t mention any kind of glass protection on top, which the older model had. The display isn’t bezel less, which is quite surprising in 2020. So, there’s a thick old-school bezel design with a thick top and chin, no notches or holes.
The spec-sheet doesn’t mention the processor but there is a 1.4GHz quad-core chipset under the hood coupled with 1GB of RAM. There is 16GB of onboard storage which is expandable up to 256GB via a dedicated microSD card.
