With Xiaomi regularly updating its budget smartphone portfolio, a new budget smartphone, the Xiaomi Redmi 10X, from the Chinese handset maker is on its way.
The hints started a few days back when a Redmi smartphone got certified by TENAA in China. The smartphone carried the model number M2003J15SC and rumours suggest that it will be called as the Redmi Note 9 in China and will house a MediaTek Helio G80 chipset. And now, a listing on Tianyi Telecommunications shows a Note 9 similar device, but with a MediaTek Helio G85 chipset, and is called the Redmi 10X.
Xiaomi Redmi 10X Specifications
The device is rumoured to get a 6.53-inch full HD+ (1080×2340) panel along with Gorilla Glass protection on top. The budget smartphone will be powered by MediaTek Helio G85 chipset which will further be clubbed with up to 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. Software department would include MIUI 11 on top of the latest version of Android 10.

The Xiaomi Redmi 10X camera is rumoured to get a quad-camera setup at the back including a 48MP primary camera, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle, a 2MP depth sensor and a 2MP macro lens. For selfies and video calling, there would be a 13MP lens at the front.

The Xiaomi Redmi 10X battery would get a gigantic 5020mAh battery, possibly with a type of fast charging technology. Connectivity options will be as usual, i.e. headphone jack, Wi-Fi, GPS, Dual 4G, VoLTE, 3G, Bluetooth 5 and USB Type C. White, Green, and Sky Blue will be the colour options available.
