1. Build & design
Both the phones have the same weight and size. Also, the iQOO Neo 6 feels quite slim due to its curved edges, but the POCO F4 is slimmer at 7.7mm compared to the iQOO Neo 6, which is 8.5 mm thin. But the overall build quality is quite similar. The only difference is that the POCO F4 has a gorilla glass on both sides with Gorilla glass 5 on the front, but iQOO Neo 6 has a plastic back which is not a deal breaker.
