In a Weibo update, Xiaomi CEO Lei Jun revealed the extensive development process of the MIX Fold 3. This involves the creation of its structure and folding screen from scratch. Lei Jun also showcased high-quality renders, highlighting the slim design compared to typical foldables. Xiaomi released an official teaser video emphasizing an enhanced hinge mechanism for greater durability. The video featured the four Leica-tuned cameras with a periscope lens and an LED flash. Despite the anticipation, rumors suggest the Xiaomi MIX Fold 3 might remain exclusive to the Chinese market without global expansion.
