Samsung seems to be gearing up to launch their Galaxy Z Fold 3 foldable smartphone very soon. The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 alongside the Galaxy Z Flip 3 has been in the leaks for quite some time now. The color options and design renders were leaked a couple of days ago. Now, the smartphone has surfaced online once again.
Noted tipster Mukul Sharma took to Twitter to reveal that the Galaxy Z Fold 3 was spotted on Geekbench. The key detail is the fact that the smartphone was listed on Geekbench with a Snapdragon 888 SoC. This basically confirms that the upcoming foldable smartphone will indeed carry the latest flagship processor by Qualcomm.
Moreover, the smartphone also appeared on the FCC certification website last week. The smartphone bagging certifications at this rate definitely hints at the official launch of the device being sooner than expected. The Geekbench listing has also revealed certain key specifications of the smartphone. Without any further ado, let us take a look at the specifications of the upcoming Galaxy Z Fold 3.

Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 Specifications (Leaked)
Going by the Geekbench listing, the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 carries the model number of SM-F926U. Now, there is a catch. The model number of the listed smartphone on Geekbench suggests that this is the US variant of the device. Moreover, the same model number was spotted on the FCC certification website as well.
On the processor front, the upcoming smartphone is listed to carry the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC. The flagship octa-core chipset will come with most likely 12GB of RAM, going by the listing. When it comes to the software, the foldable smartphone will run on Android 11 right out-of-the-box. Additionally, the Android 11 OS will be paired with the company’s OneUI custom skin on top.

Coming to the benchmark scores, the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 has scored a whopping 1124 points in the single core test. Meanwhile, the upcoming foldable flagship by Samsung has scored a staggering 3350 points in the multi core test. For now, this is all that the Geekbench listing of the smartphone reveals.
According to previous leaks, the foldable flagship will feature a big 6.2-inches secondary display. Additionally, the inner panel or primary display will be a large 7.5-inches screen. The smartphone will reportedly come in the Black, Green and Gradient color options. The device will also come with S-pen support for ease of multitasking and usage.
