Samsung Galaxy A10 is said to be receiving a stable version of the Android 11-based One UI 3.1 update in India. The update claims to include June 2021 Android security patch. Nearby Share, updated privacy tools, and better notification management will now be available to users. The Samsung Galaxy A10 was launched in India in March 2019 with Android 9 Pie pre-installed. Then in April 2020, it received the Android 10-based One UI 2.0 update.

As per a report by YTECHB, Samsung Galaxy A10 is receiving a stable version of the Android 11-based One UI 3.1 update. It brings many new features, bug fixes, and improvements to the Samsung smartphone. The detailed changelog isn’t available as of now. But, a screenshot shared by a user (@Mdsarim) on Samsung’s community forum gives an abridged update changelog.

Samsung Galaxy A10 update changelog
The home screen and quick panel of the Samsung Galaxy A10 gets a new look, as shown in the screenshot. “Reduce distractions, highlight vital information, and make your experience more consistent,” according to the new design. There are also some performance enhancements that are said to boost energy efficiency while speeding up app performance. The Samsung smartphone update includes new privacy controls, one-time permissions, and improved Digital Wellbeing.

Samsung has included the Android security patch for June 2021 with the upgrade. The update’s build number is A105FDDU6CUH2. There is no mention of the update’s size. Users should charge their smartphones and connect to a strong Wi-Fi network before they update their Samsung Galaxy A10.
As previously stated, the upgrade is currently rolling out to users in India, with other markets following. The update should reach all eligible devices automatically over the air, as it is rolling out in stages. Users who are particularly keen on the update can manually check for it by going to Settings > Software update > Download and install.
