OnePlus is all set to launch their much awaited 9RT model in China. The OnePlus 9RT is now scheduled to launch in China on October 13, 2021. That is not all. The teaser invite for the launch event also unveils the back panel design of the upcoming flagship device by OnePlus.
Sadly, the teaser invite is for the China launch of the device only. So, as of now, nothing is known about the India launch and availability of the device. However, the key OnePlus 9RT specs are known, thanks to previous leaks and reports. Now, thanks to the teaser invite, we also know of its design. Here is a quick rundown of what to expect from the upcoming flagship smartphone.

OnePlus 9RT: What to Expect?
Starting off with the design, the 9RT comes with a rectangular camera module at the back. Now, this camera module will be housing three camera sensors. Going by the text on the back, the device will be featuring a 50-megapixel primary rear camera sensor. Now, going by previous leaks and reports, we can expect the other two sensors to be a 16-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. However, this has not been officially confirmed.

Going by the teaser invite, we can derive a couple of other things as well. The OnePlus 9RT will be retaining the Alert Slider Now, this Alert Slider is placed right above the power button on the right side. Meanwhile, on the left, the volume rockers of the device can be found.
According to previous leaks and reports, the OnePlus 9RT will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC. Now, this is an upgrade from the Snapdragon 870 SoC on the OnePlus 9R. We can expect this chipset to pair up with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage.

When it comes to display, the OnePlus 9RT specs will most likely include a 6.55-inch display. In addition, this will most likely be a full-HD+ AMOLED display. Leaks and reports also suggest the presence of a 120Hz fast refresh rate on the upcoming device. On the battery front, the flagship device will most likely pack a 4,500mAh battery with 65W fast charging support. This is all that can be said about the device currently before the official launch.
